We use Paddle as our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
All transactions, invoices, taxes, and refunds are handled directly by Paddle.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund window for all purchases made through Paddle.
We offer refunds in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Protection Policy, which allows refunds for:
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Technical issues preventing use of the service
- Product not working as advertised
- Inability to access the service after payment

Paddle may request additional information to verify the issue.

All refunds are processed by Paddle, not by us.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

- Continued use of the service after refund request
- Abuse of the refund system
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
