2. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
- Upload or generate abusive, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- Providing accurate information
- All actions taken under your account
4. User Content
You own all content you upload or generate using Lizefy.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely to operate and improve Lizefy.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may not always be accurate or reliable.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before use.
6. Payments
Lizefy uses Paddle as our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
All payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, and subscription billing are handled directly by Paddle.
We do not store or process any payment information.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the platform
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
You may delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lizefy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time.
When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
